Registration of incoming and outgoing documents
For recording the delivery of electronic documents, we offer universities a shared platform for the telematic registration of all incoming and outgoing documents.
This tool gives each document a registry number and a time stamp, making it possible to show that a series of data existed at a specific point in time and have not been altered.
The program used by the platform is called ERES. This program is able to link to citizen folders, electronic processors, file managers, and other information systems of the corporations with standard connectors. Additionally, it integrates digital signature services, generates legally-valid electronic delivery receipts, can be personalized according to the user's needs, and is based on free software.
ERES belongs to the Open Administration of Catalonia Consortium (AOC), and is distributed for free to public administrations in Catalonia.
