The Consorci de Serveis Universitaris de Catalunya (CSUC) has undertaken to make its website accessible in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September, on accessibility of websites and applications for public sector mobile devices (hereinafter, Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September).
This accessibility statement applies to the website https://www.csuc.cat.
This website is partially compliant with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September, due to the exceptions and non-compliance of the aspects listed below.
To achieve this goal, CSUC has relied on compliance with the Web 2.1 Accessibility Guidelines established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Some of the functionalities implemented on CSUC's website to allow the accessibility of its contents are:
Content not accessible
Lack of compliance with Royal Decree 1112/2018.
Not applicable
The content of PDFs or other formats may not fully meet all accessibility requirements.
This statement was prepared on February 3, 2021.
The method used to prepare the statement has been a self-assessment carried out by the same body.
Last revision of the declaration: April 14, 2021.
The user can report incidents on accessibility requirements (article 10.2.a of Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September), such as:
Complaints and suggestions (article 12 of Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September) can be made through CSUC's e-Office, using the form “Access Mailbox”.
Communications are received by the Promotion Unit of the Consorci de Serveis Universitaris de Catalunya (CSUC), as responsible for accessibility of csuc.cat, and will be transferred to the appropriate person.
If the user needs information in a different format, contact us via promocio@csuc.cat and indicate:
In the event that the response to the request for accessible information or complaint has been rejected, is not in accordance with the decision taken or the answer does not comply with the requirements set out in current regulations, the person concerned may initiate a claim as established in article 13 of RD 1112/2018, using the “Generic instant” form.
We continue to carry out audit and consulting work to adapt to possible non-conformities and achieve full accessibility to the website that allows anyone to use it, regardless of their abilities.
The csuc.cat website has been built with the aim of facilitating universal access to all people who consult it, regardless of their physical, sensory and intellectual abilities, and the technical context in which they use it (device type, software, connection speed, environmental conditions, etc.).
Therefore, we are working to adapt the entire website to the recommendations of the World Wide Web W3C Consortium in order to remove the barriers that hinder access to information and communication. These recommendations are specified in the accessibility guidelines of the WCAG 2.1 website.
The CSUC's commitment is to meet the Triple AAA level of compliance, as required by public administrations in European and state legislation.
Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 lays down the rules required of Member States to ensure that all public sector websites and mobile applications, regardless of the device used to access them, meet the accessibility requirements set out in standard EN 301 549 v2.1.2 (August 2018), of adequate accessibility requirements for the public procurement of ICT products and services in Europe.
The standard EN 301 549 v2.1.1.2 is mainly based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1), of August 2018. Specifically, the AA level must be met. However, the standard also has other additional, mandatory, and conditional requirements.
The directive is mandatory but not directly applicable. That is why a real decree has been developed at the state level that develops the scope and requirements, at least. The state transposition is Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, on accessibility of websites and applications for public sector mobile devices.
