Type of agreement
The acquisition of a cloud platform event management is done through a framework agreement that approves up to three providers at set maximum prices. From that moment on, entities of the purchasing group willing to use one of the solutions, should hire it in Software as a Service (SaaS) modality, as well as its maintenance and technical support through contracts based on the framework agreement in question.
