Printed and digital books
We speed up the process of hiring printed and digital books for both suppliers and users thanks to the dynamic acquisition system (SDA) with an electronic catalog platform. The SDA is valid for 10 years, until 2033, during which time new suppliers and products can be added in each of the categories: printed books and digital books and other digital content.
Who is this service for?
Entities that meet the specified CSUC's internal regulations and the interpretative criteria of its governing bodies, and which are currently linked to universities and research, such as public and private universities, research centers that are part of the I-CERCA institution, scientific parks, institutions dependent or linked to universities, university centers of higher education and the institutions affiliated to the Anella Científica.

We have a wide range of suppliers through which purchases can be made. We bet on the greatest possible competition. The number of admitted suppliers will be constantly growing, given that the tendering phase will remain open until the end of the SDA (2033).

Type of agreement
The purchase of printed and digital books is done through a dynamic system coordinated by CSUC, where the companies in charge of supplying the books to the different participating entities are approved. Depending on the amount of the purchase, entities can make a direct purchase against the offers in the electronic catalog or carry out a second tender to achieve cheaper prices.
