At CSUC we manage the registration of incoming and outgoing documents platform that works with the ERES software of the AOC Consortium.

The tool gives a registry number to the document and also a time stamp, which allows to show that a series of data have existed and have not been altered from a specific moment in time.

It has the ability to link to citizen folders, electronic processors, file managers, and other information systems of the corporations with standard connectors. Additionally, it integrates digital signature services, generates legally-valid electronic delivery receipts, can be personalized according to the user's needs, and is based on free software.
