CSUC as a trusted third party

We offer universities a platform for the storage and custody of technological evidence (digital data), where the CSUC is established as a trusted third party and guarantees adaptation to legal changes.

The e-Logs service allows you to manage a set of evidence, tests, events, etc., carried out by the university community. If necessary, this evidence can serve as evidence before a judge.

The platform offers agile integration, a multi-client environment and easy verification and reporting of evidence generated from universities.

What are the benefits of e-Logs?

• Data collection is heterogeneous: log records are collected by agents or batch processes. The content of the evidence collected and its metadata are indexed in order to be able to carry out quick searches, correlate events and generate reports of electronic evidence prepared to be presented in court.
• Electronic signature, timestamp and custody: Evidence is electronically signed and sealed in time.
• Secure communications: Communications are performed through secure connection protocols through the encryption of data traffic (such as high-level data protection, as established by the Organic Law on Data Protection).
• Custody: the data is stored within the platform while allowing the verification of its integrity.
• Allows advanced queries: The system has a query screen to which different types of complex expressions can be entered that define search criteria on the stored evidence.
