Research Repository of Catalonia (RECERCAT)

RECERCAT is the cooperative repository in which users can consult research literature of universities and research centres from Catalonia. RECERCAT is useful for the dissemination and visibility of articles, research and end-of-master's theses, dissertations and projects, conference papers and working papers. 

The benefits of RECERCAT

• Increase the visibility of documents, authors and institutions, and all the research done in Catalonia.
• Open Access publishing, complying with the Spanish Science Law and the EU's Horizon Europe Initiative. 
• Add value to documents via normalized citations, query statistics, permanent addresses and preservation mechanisms.

Documents can be directly included into RECERCAT or using the repositories of the institutions themselves. In the latter case, RECERCAT acts as a collector, integrating and organizing the documents in a common space regardless of the deposit in which they have been included.
