Collegiate Bodies

The tool covers the whole process of organizing a meeting from convocation to closure from the same space:

• Convene a meeting.
• Add agenda items.
• Attach the necessary documentation.
• Send the call to members of a collegiate body to receive information from the meeting and confirm attendance.
• Once the meeting is held, include the outcome of the agreements and deliberations.
• Close the minutes, validate it, digitally sign it and file it so that it is well kept in the historic.

The platform allows the electronic management of the body facilitating compliance with Law 40/2015 on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, 3a section relating to the collegiate bodies.

The technological tool is based on the implementation of the tool of the Valencian universities, but adapted to the needs of the Catalan university sector.
